Management of Asset Development
The core processes of project and procurement management depict industry practices that have proven to be effective and efficient development steps.
But most of all they ensure controllable and risk equilibrated loops that keep scope, time and cost in a manageable decision-making environment.
Some key sub-processes are also described on the Services page.

The Core Management Process
Process Plant Development undergoes multiple cycles of balancing stakeholder requirements.
When a business plan is formulated the project outline is frozen in a Project Requirement Specification. The Steering Teams begins the work of safeguarding and support as the permitting process is started with the authorities.
Not only is the User Requirement Specification a result of stakeholder contribution and expectation management. It is also the basis for the project budget and shall not change whilst the project loops increase budget estimation accuracy.
Stage Gate Reviews document success and potentials for improvement. Project processes and goal achievement are validated for soundness and risk control as complexity in design and procurement increases before any new loop can begin..
Within the phases the project team reports the actual progress against the intended goals and with every stage gate completed the Project Execution Strategy is refined.
Project Manager, Programme Manager and Technical Site Manager provide the Steering Team with an integrated view where the project in its processes and site integration stands at any point in time.
